Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us
here at Pro Bats. We are more than happy to answer any
questions
you may have about our bats, policies or Company. Please

Shipping Information
Your order will be processed immediately
upon receipt. Within approximately ten to fourteen
days your bat will be ready
for shipment. We ship anywhere within the continental
United States via UPS ground service. Six or more
bats are shipped free of charge. Please contact us
for price quotes on rush orders or shipments outside
the continental United States.
Return Policy
RSP bats are custom
made for each individual customer. Therefore, we do not
accept returns. There are two exceptions
to this policy:
- If the bat you received is not exactly what you
ordered, please returned the unused bat to us at our
expense and
we will ship the correct bat to you free
of charge.
- We will replace broken bats free of charge, if in our opinion, the break is due to a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear. (this policy does not apply to unfinished bats). The decision to replace a broken bat will be at the discretion of Pro Bats, and will take into consideration the overall condition of the bat as well as any other factors that may impact that decision.
