Pro Bats Warranty

From time to time a bat has an inherent flaw in the wood, and in these cases, it will break in the first 4 or 5 hits. 
Unlike other companies, we protect our customers from defects in materials and workmanship.

Pro Bats will deem a bat defective, pursuant to the following guidelines:

1. The bat breaks within the first 5 PROPER hits.
2. The bat has not been hit off the end of the barrel
3. The bat has not been hit on the label or opposite side of the label.
4. The bat has not been hit on or below the label.

If your bat breaks and you feel it falls within our guidelines, please send the bat back to us with your name, address, phone number and order number. 
We will inspect the bat, and if it meets these guidelines, the bat will be replaced free of charge
