We will gladly accept returns for items not matching your order. Incorrect engraving, models, colors, and weights are included in our return policy. We will send a UPS return label for these items.
Broken bats must meet our early breakage policy. If you feel a bat has broken prematurely due to a defect on our part, please contact us to discuss the situation. The bat must be shipped to us for inspection, where we will make a determination. Our determination is based on the number of ball marks and their location as well as the type of break. If we feel it falls within our warranty policy, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
Shipping rates are based on destinations in the continental United States. They are automatically calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. Please contact us for shipping rates outside the continental United States.
